Junior Taylor
Founder/CEO/Head Coach
An Arizona native, Junior graduated from Mesa High School where he was an All-American football player and Arizona state champion sprinter.
He recieved a full scholarship to UCLA, graduating with a B.A. in history and an M.A. in Education. While at UCLA, Junior played 4 years
of football, serving as team captain for two years, finishing in the top 15 in stats for a WR in UCLA history. Junior was also involved in
several outreach programs, created to help youth through athletic training. He hosted camps and clinics for all ages. Following graduation,
Junior suffered a severe knee injury that cut his NFL career short. After two years of training at Athletes' Performance, Junior is on
the brink of getting back into the NFL. He currently serves as Athletic Director at Champion Schools in Phoenix, Arizona where he designs
specific workouts for all grade levels and develops a state champion athletic program that includes football, cheer, basketball, soccer,
volleyball, and track. Junior has been blessed to experience sports at all levels and brings a wealth of knowledge to any child or future athlete.

Colin Young
Assistant Coach
Colin graduated from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2008. He played four years of baseball for the
Beacats and earned all-conference honors his junior and senior year. While in college, Colin was a director of the Willamette baseball camp,
an assistant high school baseball caoch, and a personal trainer. Following graduation, Colin completed two internships for the prestigious
Athletes' Performance Institute in Tempe, Arizona. During the internship, Colin worked with professional athletes in baseball, football, golf,
and boxing. He also worked with a variety of high school athletes, college players, and adult business professionals. The opportunity to work
with professional athletes and learn from some of the top performance coaches in the world has provided Colin with the knowledge and versatility
to train any athlete to reach his or her peak potential.
Colin is also has achieved his CSCS certification from the National Strength Coaches Association.
