Speed and Agility: The TaylorMade Speed and Agility programs are designed to increase foot speed, running mechanics, and lateral movement skills necessary for any sport. Our coaches utilize elite training methods to give our athletes a distinct advantage on the field, while preparing them for any competitive situation.


Strength Training: Every player is not built the same, which is why each strength program is individually designed to aid the athlete to reach their specific goals. Our coaches are able to push a player to gain muscle or reach a desired body composition, while increasing overall strength, power, flexibility and balance.


Sport Specific Training: Our professionally trained coaches help guide athletes to apply the movement skills learned in the gym to specific game situations. Allowing athletes to practice proper mechanics and technique on the field within a competitive atmosphere is an effective way to identify weaknesses and build confidence through strengths. The coaches can aptly tailor any sport specific training program to aid an athlete in reaching his or her peak performance.


Team Training/Clinics: Team training allows our professional performance coaches to attend your practices and work with your club as a whole. Any camp, clinic, or group of sessions can be designed to meet the demands of not only the sport, but a coach’s specific tactics and coaching style, while providing key skills for team success.


Personal Training: Taylormade is not limited purely to student-athletes, but can assist any parent or business professional to achieve any personal fitness goal through one-on-one or small group sessions. Our coaches can help anyone to achieve their goals, whether it involves getting back in shape, preparing for a recreational basketball league, or simply keeping up with the kids. Through movement, strength, and proper nutrition planning, anyone can attain the figure or performance they desire. Every program is tailored within our system to fit the client’s goals and lifestyle. Training hours are flexible to fit any professional schedule.
